Founded in 2002 in Los Angeles, California, MEGAWINE now operates out of a climate-controlled warehouse in Van Nuys, CA (next to our corporate office) as well as several other warehouses throughout California and Arizona. Our fleet of temperature-controlled trucks delivers everywhere in California and Arizona five days a week. 

There are three parts to the MEGAWINE organization: 

1. MEGAWINE acts as its own importer and distributor, eliminating a middle tier. After building successful distribution in California and Arizona, we are now present in 32 markets throughout the US.  MEGAWINE distributes well known, successful Californian, European, South American, South African  and Armenian brands to fine wine shops, upscale restaurants, quality gourmet markets, country clubs, yacht clubs and caterers.  A list of our customers includes Costco, Sam's Clubs, Ralphs Supermarkets, Safeway, Cost Plus, Albertsons, SaveMarts, Raley's, Lucky Supermarkets, Gelson's Market, Whole Foods, Beverages & More, Sprouts Markets, Bristol Farms, Fleming's Steakhouse, Sushi Roku, Fogo de Chao, and Peninsula Beverly Hills Hotel, to name a few.                
2. MEGAWINE has created its own brands, which are sold throughout the U.S. and in the export market. 
3. MEGAWINE is an exporter of wine and spirits from around the world, including brands from California to Eastern Europe. According to the U.S. Bureau of the Census Trade Data, Megawine, Inc. is accountable for more than one-half of U.S. combined wine and beer export to the Republics of Former USSR.  Starting January 2005, a year after Megawine's first container shipment of wines from The Wine Group, more than 50% percent of all U.S. exports of wine to the Russian Federation were exported by Megawine.
